Great office, Dr. Sapperstein has all the patience in the world. I am so relieved to have found a surgeon who makes me feel confident and comfortable Phyliss the coordinator is extremely efficient and like Dr. Sapperstein has the most patience !!

Dr. Saperstein is an experienced surgeon who lacks both warmth and personality. Wait times are long; visits are short and impersonal. This I can overlook...what I can't ignore is using an assistant surgeon without first obtaining pre-authorization from my insurance company. Because of this, I received a $1680 surprise bill six months after surgery which required an 8 month, multi-level appeal process to resolve. All this could have been avoided had his office staff done their job. Worse still, Dr. Saperstein's response to all this was total indifference. Should future orthopedic issues arise, I shall most definitely seek care elsewhere and suggest you do the same.

I had a what he described as a “nothing” menisectamy surgery on my knee performed by Dr. Sapperstein. This was several years ago and my knee has never been the same. I have had to totally modify my workouts and It constantly gets irritated all the time. I feel it everytime I walk up stairs and even when I swim!! I saw 2 other Dr’s-no one can figure out what the heck he did to it. He offered to operate again-no thanks I should never have had him do it in the first place.

He has a fabulous way of dealing with his patients. He was kind, gentle, courteous, and caring. Took time to explain my condition to me - didn’t make me feel like I was on a conveyer belt TY

I found the front desk extremely rude. I had been in a car accident on a Saturday and tried to make an appointment first thing Monday morning because I broke my left clavicle and have been in immense pain. The lady who answered the phone said HELLO, seemed rush, rudely baffled off what would be required for my appointment and would not make an appointment till she had it. Also stated first available appointment wasn’t till the following week. It was not a pleasant experience dealing with their office.

Dr. Saperstein is truly a one of a kind physician. I'm a competitive soccer player and I tore my ACL. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to play at all during my senior year, but the surgery went perfectly and recovery was a breeze. He was extremely communicative throughout the whole process and I was able to get back on the field in time for senior year. Thanks Dr. Saperstein!!

Dr. Sapperstein is an excellent surgeon, has a fabulous way of dealing with his patients, and most of all: he is a superb surgeon and a kind, gentle, courteous, and caring physicial. He replaced my hip, which was a very complicated event because of on-going complex lower back issues. Dr. S did a 100% perfect execution in every way. I think he is a surgical genius and I am thrilled at the outcome.
