Dr. Alan Carl Sconzert, MD

Dr. Sconzert was a wonderful doctor! Bedside manner was terrific, did not rush his patients in and out of th room, took his time to explain everything concerning your health issues. I was very sad to see him leave his practice. I have not found another Neurologist that I liked as much as I liked him.

Never again

I liked him on my first visit. On second visit he was very dismissive and he changed my script. I had a reaction to new script and had to stop taking it. I called and got no response at all. Called a second time to request refill on previous script and was told I would have to wait until my next appointment (more than a month away). In the interim, I have to sleep sitting up because anything touching my head or face triggers my Trigeminal Neuralgia. I have scheduled an appointment with Neurologist in Houston.

i found dr sconzert to be thorough direct and truthful i was impressed by his care and would refer him as someone who would help if you need a neurologist he has my confidence

Took mother to appt. 1st time liked him, second visit he was very rude. Asked him one question, actually just explaining a situation, and he became very irritated and red faced. Left and told receptionist and she said she was leaving for that very reason. He would make them cry all of the time. She gave a phone number and asked me to please call and report him, which I did. Would never recommend him to anyone!

Questioned him about possible side effects and he grabbed the script and said good luck finding a new Dr! He wants an uniformed patient and his arrogance takes over! He walked out of my 2nd appt and refused treatment because I'm not allowed to ask questions. No thank you I pay for his service not the other way around!

Dr. Sconzert was very concerned and caring regarding my migraine headaches. He listened to my concerns, and did a through exam. As a registered nurse, I would highly recommend him.
