I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPT FOR MY BROTHER RONALD BOIK. THE RECEPTIOIST WAS VERY RUDE. I CALLED BETWEEN 9 AND NOON. SHE WOULD NOT MAKE AN APT FOR RON OR REFER ME TO ANOTHER DR. HOW RUDE IS SHE. I DID NOT GET HER NAME. IF I DID THAT WHEN I WORKED, I WOULD GET FIRED. THANKS, CINDY HENK

I had a 1:45 appointment, got to Solway's office at 1:50, went in only to find that there are 5 other patients ahead of me...I sat there for 15 minutes...not a single patient was called..the lady at the front desk rudely said, "yes there are 5 people ahead of you, you might want to reschedule" I figured 5 other people, 15 minutes each, I won't get to see the eye doctor until maybe 3:00 if I am lucky...let me ask you...if I went to my eye doctor an hour and 15 minutes late for my appointment..do you think they would see me??? This doctor does not keep him commitment to the appointment we had. If enough people start walking out of these places...these doctors will quit taking patients and their time for granted. Had Catarat surgery, my sight is still not right...I will find a different doctor..I would NOT recommend this place

I recently had to get eye surgery to remove my cataracts. My doctor is Michael Rasansky, who has the best bedside manner with the ability to relax. I recommend him to anyone that needs surgery. You'll love him too

My patient experience with Dr. Solway was not acceptable. I found him to be very dismissive, impatient, arrogant, and adverse to clearly answering a question that I had concerning a diagnosis and procedure that he advised having done during a recent office visit. Subsequently, I called the office manager to discuss this unacceptable experience, and told her that if Dr. Solway were, in fact, tired of seeing patients, perhaps he should consider discontinuing the practice of medicine.

Dr. Solway was extremely curt and told me that he didn't have time to explain a question I had about a surgical procedure. His staff was much more courteous than he.
