Dr. Alapatt Porinchu Thomas, MD

I will be terminating any further care with this office due to the total unprofessional behavior from Fatimah. She is an embarrassment to the medical profession and should not be allowed to have direct patient care or communicate with medical professionals. She lacks the skill of basic office 101. Her attitude is very nasty and rude! Her tone, and conduct is unacceptable. She needs to learn empathy and proper phone etiquette as well. Her customer service level is a negative zero on a scale of 1-10. She is not a good representation of this office and needs be terminated. I'm baffled that she still has a job! Having been a medical professional for over 20 years, her behavior is intolerable and she has no place in this profession. I will no longer refer patients to this office or allow my family to continuing being seen here.

good physician, unprofessional staff. never return calls, no one follows up, rudely answers the phone and abruptly places on hold.

I honestly can't say there is anything I dislike about Dr Alapaat. He's been my primary Doctor for years and years now. He's a super intelligent doctor, with great bedside manners. He's also very thorough in explaining everything to me. Plus he's excellent at diagnosing the problem, and finding a remedy for it. Not to mention he's one the nicest doctors that you will ever meet. Dr Alapaat is the ideal Physician that we all look for in a Doctor. I give him 5 stars out of 5 stars in my book.

All the staffs at the doctor office are very unprofessional , uneducated and uncaring.

I enjoy my visits and have recommended Dr. Thomas to friends as well as co-workers.

He is one of the WORST physician I've ever been to. His English is horrible, and isn't an easy person to talk to. He even hung the phone up on me really quick after I asked him a question. He needs to be reported to a medical board. His nursing staff are WAY better than him.

This guy was sent to see me in the hospital by my primary care physician because she didn't visit patients in Beth Israel hospital. He didn't listen to anything I had to say. None of my concerns were addressed. He was disrespectful to my husband. Horrible bed side manner.

I have been a patient Of Dr. Alapatt Thomas, for several years now and he has always been a straight forward doctor. And I have enjoyed the service that he has provided.

He didn't listen to anything I said to make my hospital stay better. He was more concerned with my insurance company. He was disrespectful to me and my husband. Will never deal with him again and I will tell anyone who will listen not to go to him!!!!

We have been patients of Dr Thomas for many years, and would not change him for any Dr! He has always been there for us and has a great caring manner. Whatever is wrong with us, he always finds the right treatment or cure. We highly recommend him if you are looking for a good caring old fashioned Dr.
