Dr. Albert Patrick Brooks, MD

Dr. Brooks has always provided great service. He's attentive, professional, and shows very good bedside manner. He remembers his patients and seems genuinely engaged and involved at each appointment.

I have been using Dr. Brooks for over 5-years. My medical history consists of minor things thus far (thank goodness). Dr. Brooks used to be present, inquisitive, and proactive. In my opinion, it seems as if he has quit listening and is more concerned about getting through his day than being present and concerned with the patients health and possible medical diagnoses. I don't think he is one to factor in past medical history with present situations. Most times there have been long wait times once in the exam room. I felt that I was inconveniencing him.

I tried making an appointment with Dr. Brooks during normal business hours. It took more than a day and multiple phone calls for them to tell me he was not accepting new patients. They offered to set me up with a different doctor, but couldn't fit me in anytime in the next two weeks. Considering my lungs are crackling when I breath, that's not going to cut it. I understand that it can be hard to fit new patients in, but it would have been nice if they had informed me of the wait time when we first talked so I didn't waste two days getting treatment.
