Dr. Albert Sean Dalley, MD

Dr. Dalley sees many patients on daily basis and gives each patient the time necessary to determine what the needs are to be helpful. So even if I have to wait to be seen I know when my turn, I will be given his full attention to help resolve my issues. This clinic is growing! If you want a doctor who will not take the time to listen to you, or who works with you to resolve your medical needs by all means go find a doctor who doesn’t care. This doctor truly cares for his patients, spends time with you to ensure you understand your plan of care, and any new prescriptions ordered.

Our experience with Dr Dalley has been regrettable. We chose USMD Burleson because of a previous and wonderful experience at USMD Las Colinas. Dr D was nothing like we expected. We found that he is only in the Burleson office 1 afternoon per week. Despite the overall health of our loved one,. we felt this was inadequate to meet patient needs. And sure enough, when we needed an acute appt, there were none available. We were given an appt in Cleburne but not told of the alternative location. The wait for our first appt was over an hour-grossly inconsiderate. A subsequent appt was made with Dr Dalley's assistant-Dr Shellie who was terrific!! She was thorough and listened to all our needs. However-we had to wait almost a full week for Dr Dalley to review Dr Shellie's recommendations and provide us with decisions and new medications. This situation is unacceptable. Dr Dalley must have too many patients to effectively treat them. Also extremely frustrating was getting information… on visits and test results. The USMD drs in Las Colinas provide all this and more on the patient portal. Dr Dalley's office was begged to include information on the portal for weeks following a visit. Only to find that the next visit & test results were not posted again. I gave up the will to call and ask. Which is my final complaint--USMD has a call center. During normal business hours it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with Dr Dalley or his staff at their office locations. Only a message is taken and promised to be delivered to a staff member. A response to your message will most likely come after their offices are closed---leaving you no way to return their call, should you miss it. Hopeless. Not enough staff to take care of patient needs--just like trying to find a checkout clerk at Walmart despite a bank of 12 unmanned cash registers. Dr Dalley , your patients feel your heart is not in patient care.

Horrible place to take a loved one. Rude, uncaring, and spiteful staff. Call 5 times, get 5 different stories. No one takes responsibility for misinformation. LONG time for an appointment and VERY LONG time to sit in the office waiting for your scheduled appointment. No one seems to know what it's going on. Impersonal and talk down to you.

Dr. Dalley is the best. We are so lucky to have him and we think he's very knowledgable and extremely patient. He has gotten us in quickly and taken great care of us.

Dr. Dalley is a nice enough person but he does not seem to really look outside the box. If you have a condition and develop additional symptoms, he doesn't seem to consider much outside of your current prognosis. If you choose to go to him, better stay on top of your game.

This guy has an ego problem. I've been on the same antidepressants for 15 years and they work great. Due to my regular physician retiring, I was forced to see Dr. Dalley. He decided to completely change my antidepressants against my protests because "he didn't think I needed" what was recommended by my physician of 15 years. It was completely illogical and I don't care this doctor has been to medical school for years or not, the average patient is more competent than this due. Stay away...or else he might change your heart medication or blood pressure medicine at a whim.

I think Dr. Dalley is the best!!! He is Awesome.... He listens to you instead of thinking he read your body in a book. And he seems to really care about his patients.
