Dr. Albert Tunji Domingo, MD

After being a patient for quite a few years, I called for a routine pap test. I was told they used the same code as my GP for a physical and my insurance wouldn't cover the test or visit. I was told to call back when I had a problem and then hey could use that code. I called today & they said since it had been a couple of years I would be considered a "new" patient and I would have to wait 3 weeks for an appt. with a nurse practitioner. In a practice that size they should have a better coding system. They can certainly afford it. There are specific codes for GYN. You shouldn't have to use the same one as your MD. I think it's time for a new Dr!

Dr. Domingo is an amazing Dr.!!!! he makes you feel very comfortable. His staff however could use some work. I was treated very poorly on the phone and at the front desk for several of my appointments.

Dr domingo is great but the one BIG pet peeve of mine is if you are trying to get ahold of their nursing line, they NEVER answer the phone and will not call you back until after they close. So if you miss their call back you are screwed till the next day.. when you will leave a message and then sit and wait all day for a call back. Glad I haven't had serious problems where I needed an answer right away because I would not be getting it. That being said, the staff is very very friendly which is what keeps me. Not sure if I'd go back though for my next baby.

Initially went to him for problems that were not known. I believed the problem to be cysts. After passing out a number of times my husband joined me in the office only for us to be told it (the problem) was all in my head as he drew circles on the side of his head suggesting I was crazy. 10 day after this incident I landed myself in the ER with a ruptured cyst so big it dumped enough fluid in my abdomen to prevent my lung from expanding and me in so much pain my heart rate was dangerously high. Silly me then decided to select him for OB namely because at the time there wasn't many to pick from. I was mocked in the office because I was an older mom who was shocked to discover I was pregnant, especially since we used BC. He was, for the lack of better words, lazy in following my pregnancy and failed repeatedly to hear severe issues I was experiencing. I was mocked several times and had many eyes rolled at me. In the end, I never had an ultrasound aside from determining approx.… conception. I had very little amniotic fluid and ended up with an emergency c-section. Wish I could get more specific but this will do.

THE CLEAN UP DR. HE CORRECTS ALL THE OTHER DR.S MESSES AND DOESN'T HANG THEM FOR THEIR FAULTS.HE AND STAFF REALLY REALLY CARE IN ALL MATTERS. THE OFFICE MANAGER IS A LITTLE COLD AND ABRUPT WITH TIME BUT OVERALL THE BEST OF THE BEST!
