Dr. Albert Morton Gordon, MD

We saw him 3 times. He was cold, weird and rude. We were uncomfortable.

I used to see Dr Gordon when I was young. I figured he would be the best choice for my daughter now 4. WRONG!! He has horrible bedside manners and manhandles my daughter. She does not like people to look in her mouth. She always refuses to let him so he will pry her mouth open and cut her lips open with that stick (unsure of technical name). Then when she cries he will say you need to stop and quiet down so I can talk to your mother. She will NOT go back to see him. He has no bedside manor and everytime I bring up a major issue, he always looks down on me like i know absolutely nothing. He is probably the worst pediatrician ever. I will be traveling all the way to davidsonville for my daughter to see a new pediatrician.

My children have been seeing him since birth and in that time, there has been numerous nurse practioners and other pediatricians in that office (it has a high turnover rate) we were seeing a certain nurse practioner and then when she left we started seeing him when necessary- he however has a very outdated way of thinking. My daughter has a serious allergy and I had to take her to the E.R. to be accurately diagnosed- when I went back to him with the hospitals findings he stated that they were wrong and instead I must then bath my child 4-5 times/ day. He was nearly refusing to put her on Zyrtec which has dramatically helped her!! I can't rely on his opinion anymore. Had to switch Dr's and now I am happy with the Dr.

Dr. Gordon not only talks down to me and rushes the appointment but he diagnosed my child with a "head cold" THREE times! After taking her for second opinions she had bronchitis and asthma that wasnt treated immediatly and turned into pnemonia!!!!!!! He is getting too old to practice!

I took my children to him when my daughter was born. I never got a comforting vibe from him when we saw him, I actually preferred to see the PA instead. Then one day, with no warning even though we had been seen in the office weeks earlier we got a letter in the mail saying he no longer accepted our insurance and we would have to find another doctor. They had the nerve to make me pay to transfer BOTH of my children's medical records to a new doctor. For a pediatrician I would expect a warmer, caring attitude toward the well being of their patients.

He just is not personable.

Would never return to this doctor....his bedside manner is horrible. Took my 9 month old grandson in for an earache, when I did not agree with a comment he made regarding infants not having pain while teething, he proceeded to lecture me on medical research. Was not very gentle or attentive to my grandson at all. He became so rude, I finally just took my grandson and walked out. I would never recommend him to anyone. HORRIBLE!

Wrong DX, refusal to send medical records in a timely manor to new MD. Office staff very rude.

Dr. Gordon actually give you his time and attention. He will answer all of your questions until you feel comfortable with understanding them. VERY KNOWLEDGABLE! Give you handouts and resources to EVERYTHING! NEVER had a DR that up to date, or that gave phamplets of information out at every visit! HE IS WONDERFUL!!

Not very happy with this practioners bedside manner. It's his way or no way. Found him very arrogant, not supportive of the family as a whole, and did not look at my son once while discussing him. Will be leaving this practice ASAP
