Dr. Albert David Janerich, MD

John believes he is the doctor and spouts nonsense; I was there with my mother after not getting straight answers on the phone. The younger doctor was kind and seemed sincere but the other people are not professionals . Spend the cash and get the right people in there.

I'm relatively new but I have to say that from the father and son Dr. Janerich's, John, Pam, and Francine have all been wonderful, professional, and personable! I have had a difficult year with outside issues, family dilemmas that kept forcing me to put my own health and needs in the back burner and the office staff has been accommodating, patient and sweet for appt changes I needed to make as well as helping me maintain pain management. I Highly recommend this practice if you want to feel cared FOR and cared ABOUT from being greeted by Pam who runs the Front office, to the medical team of the docs, and nursing staff of John and Francine, they all have made me feel as such!

I was being tested 2 years back for my lower back issues. The nerve test they took clearly showed issues. I went back 2 more times for the IGNORANT P.A. doctor to tell me "I HAVE TO GET INJECTIONS". NOT! Said they couldn't x-ray because of my insurance but since then ,with-in,3mos. time and another doctor who HELPED me ...I had that xray taken, bone spurs & degeneration was found on my discs. I applied for disability and got it ON MY OWN! Along with S.S. doctors too.I still need pain management & this office is the one that was referred for me to go to. This PA of Janerich has no compassion. I believe she thought I was faking my pain. She also went as far as shoving me , with her fist, on my lower back , to see my reaction!!! I should sue!!! I cry in pain every day. I just want a doctor to help me!!! Kathy H.

I truly don't understand how Dr. Janerich has not replaced his current staff Francine and John to be specific. These two are extremely rude and couldn't care less as to why you're seeking treatment. Both are condescending and will constantly cut you off while you're trying to speak. I dread having to call in and speak with Francine. Do not waste your time coming here believe me you'll be disappointed. Everything is also about money! Save you time, energy and money!

The doctor is rude and self important and the staff is clueless. Unlicensed staff refilling schedule 2 meds. They need to be investigated.

Takes all the time needed to hear your story and explains your options got treatment and care in clear layman’s terms.

Terrible. The PA, Elaine Lacey is totally incompetent and does not listen or understand pain management. She is super arrogant and will put her ego before your pain and suffering. I cannot stress enough how bad this Doctor's office is. The actual doctor is never there and never available. This is truly the worst doctor Ive ever dealt with.

I have been going here for 13 years due to Chronic back pain and horrible Muscle Spasms. I've always had a great experience and they have always been fair. I go every 6 months unless I need something sooner and can be in and out within my 30 minute lunch. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the local area.

This Dr's staff is the WORST! They could mess up a 1 car funeral, but then blame it on the dead person! Since they mess up EVERYTHING, blame it one each other, then treat me like it's all my fault! They didn't get right: appt, script, insurance info, insurance forms! I have driven miles to the office at least 4x's because someone confirmed on the phone, then get there... NO... NOT READY, NOT RIGHT, NOT THERE, NO APPT.. and I'll get is..'-I- didn't tell you that, who did you speak to!' OMG WHAT DOES THAT MATTER! NEVER EVER AN APOLOGY! .. but don't try to tell dr... I tried to discuss just ONE of the errors and he cut me off mid sentence FOUR TIMES! Doesn't care how badly they act or treat his pt's!
