Dr Jun is outstanding. He restored my failing vision through two DMEK surgeries, one in each eye. UVA is lucky to have him. Please treat him well!

I was referred to Dr. Albert Jun for cataract surgery by another ophthalmologist who had worked with him. She said, “He is one of the best, very talented and experienced. Best of both.” My preoperative visit with him went well. I trusted him with my surgery. I had surgery on one eye in March 2023. He did an outstanding job. I’m very happy with the result. I’ll add to what the referring ophthalmologist said; he is not only an excellent surgeon, but also a good listener, which is a must for a doctor.

Dr. Jun is both an excellent corneal surgeon and excellent personable communicator. He explained my diagnosis & my options well & answered all my questions . After my Surgery with Dr. Jun, my vision has improved dramatically.

I fully trusted Dr. Jun's excellent diagnostic/clinical skills and vast knowledge. He was very thorough, prompt, and committed. My case was complex as I suffered cystoid macular edema and cornea damage after surgery in Houston (BCM). I received forthright and honest information from Dr. Jun.
