Would like to give zero stars, unprofessional and rude staff,stay away at all cost

He’s rlly excellent doctor.Hes really helpful and his main priority is his patients.I had kidney stones for at least two years and my wave procedure went great.Hes been rlly determined to help me with my stones.

No bedside manner. Won't look at you when speaking. Doesn't like answering questions. Doesn't explain anything.

Horrible bedside manner! Rude, when asking him questions he answers like he's annoyed! Rarely makes eye contact. Charges you like crazy, even the insurance doesn't cover it, then your left with a bill and wonder what? His diagnosis is questionable. Had to see another Doctor bc I was done with his non answers and rudeness. I would give him a negative zero if I could but had to put one star as you had to leave a rating.

Dr. Kim has the bedside manner of an egg roll, provides 0 answers.. spends about 2 minutes total time with patient. Failed to diagnose problem, his solution was, "Is it something you can live with"?

Dr kim had a poor bedside manner, he was not a friendly dr whatsoever, and was just plain rude. he hardly spent any time at all, and seemed uninterested in my diagnosis i was previously given by my gastroantoligist, only to say that it was not correct diagnosis.the staff also never stated that he did not accept my insurance, i asked from the moment that i called to make an appt if they did and was told they do, then went for appt, i gave them my insurance card, and nothen was again mentioned that they do not accept it. them like month or so afterward i received a bill for $2,200.. which I absolutely called and disputed it. in my opinion its downright insurance fraud.. all in all not a dr that I would recommend to anybody...

Provided me with no information, terrible bed side manor and thousands of dollars in lab fees with absolutely no resolution. Last I heard from his office they were supposed to call me back and schedule an out of office cystoscopy at the hospital. They never called. After a week I called. I called week after week got the brush off. Thousands of dollars to "Dr" Kim and I'm still suffering from issues that in Albert Kim's words are, "Very uncommon for someone your age". That was about the extent of information provided by him.

I happened to see my patient chart before it was forwarded to another specialist and it's a very good thing I did! It was riddled with incorrect diagnoses. The doctor had NO explanation for how this could have happened and because it is an electronic medical record he said the record is closed and he couldn't delete the erroneous health information in my file. Now that information is in there forever and could lead to a misdiagnosis down the line, I have to remember to tell every future physician I see that Dr. Kim's records are incorrect. I would give Dr. Kim zero stars if the site would let me.

DR has perfect educational background.Made correct Dx and persued effective treatment plan. After 6 years, no reoccurence of cancer. Highly recommend Dr. Kim, in full confidence.
