At first they seem very convenient and what a great fit. My wife suffers from an illness I will not go into here. The result is a very difficult time for our 3 kids ages 8, 6 and 4 and me. One stop shopping - but the catch is, since I work all week, and my wife cannot help with even minor parental duties, I have recruited friends and family just to get them there and back home on time. After paying for 4 sessions per week for close to 10 weeks, I missed one Saturday appointment. I overslept. I spoke to the therapist who knew how exhausted I am. She sympathized and sounded like it was all kosher - that's what every other doctor would say and mean. These guys did not mean it. They charged me $300! My rent check bounced! This was the first time and an honest mistake, and they knew that yet claimed it was 'policy' ... their policy. Meanwhile they cancelled on 5 appointments with my kids all under 24 hour notice. Twice I showed up on time to learn they KNEW therapist… wouldn't be there and didn't bother to call ME. And that's what they've charged me for. Finally, they charged me illegally on a debit card that was unauthorized. By the way, I've never met Albert Knapp, and none of his "Associates" are actual doctors. I had to beg them for any feedback on how my kids are doing. Stay away.
