Couple years ago I've had acute cist inflammation on my back. I've got the same day appointment. I waited about 15 min in waiting room. After initial avaluation, surgery was completed within about 40 min.

Everything was awesome I have no complaints he showed sincerity definitely sympathy and made me feel comfortable

Dr. Lam 1) only half listened to me when I tried to explain what I was experiencing and turned his back on me when I tried to show him something 2) told me, based on his examination, I couldn't have experienced what I have been experiencing for the past year 3) did not explain to me the healing potential of the medication I was on, only the bare bones "this is what it does" 4) immediately scheduled me for a procedure instead of trying to discuss with me small changes I could make to avoid it 5) immediately said that surgery was the only option if the procedure didn't work. He was dismissive and I left his office crying.
