Always giving me the time I need. In the past I've had multiple Doctors who are too brief. In and out. Not as thorough with analysis, for sure. Returns call timely. Always willing to help. Is connected, has resources and recommendations that have really helped me with personal progress and needed professional care. Thank you Dr Albert.

Dr. Nguyen is a new psychiatrist in Chicago. From the moment that I met him, I felt at ease and comfortable. I was nervous as my last psychiatrist had left for other opportunities. Dr. Nguyen is engaging, he adds to your conversation, and shares his thoughts and ideas. He is not inactive with me. He appreciates patients that are well informed about their treatment and medications. He uses medications as an add-on to therapy rather than just being a medication only monitor - a doctor who pushes you out the door in 10 minutes. He listens and has gotten to know me as a person and not just a patient. He always spends a full 30 minutes with me. On my first visit, he spent at least 50 minutes with me which is a rarity these days. He has a great bedside manner and has a witty sense of humor. I highly recommend this clinician. He is probably the best psychiatrist that I have had in years . He has often conversed with me between appointments to check in with me and ascertain my… well being. He is always available and returns phone calls promptly. What more can I say?
