Dr. Albert Saporta, MD

Dr. Saporta has helped me on many occasions. He is a doctor that truly thinks about all your symptoms and comes up with a spot-on diagnosis. He also treats the whole person and has a wonderful bedside manner - he is thoughtful and considerate. I hold him in high esteem and highly recommend him.

Dr Saporta is the worst I was waiting for an appeal for a CT scan and he refused to answer any of my calls and his staff was rudressing and they told me he was busy and will do it when he is not busy meanwhile I am suffering with stomach pain it was my gallbladder.

He's an brilliant physician who has dramatically increased my quality of life.

I was misdiagnosed, I was told by Dr. Saporta who at the time worked at Swedish Covenant Hospital that I had Crohn's disease. I don't know if he still work's there, I reported him for his negligence. What he thought was Crohns's ended up instead being a mild form gastritis ( pretty much nothing) can happen when you eat spicy foods and etc. Unfortunately I ended up taking all this medication for Crohns because I thought I had it, ended getting even sicker. Ended up getting a second opinion from a gastroenterologist and told I was misdiagonsed and there was no reason to be on any medication let a lone the heavy antibiotics I was on which made my stomach even worse. I called to complain but the staff was rude and would hang the up the phone and often not pick it up. I would ask to speak to the doc and said I can't unless I had an appointment, told her (receptionist) what happened and she said to call back later, doctor is busy. I called back the next day and then again got the same… thing (he is busy, he will call you back or you call back later). This happened for a week, so finally I had enough and went to see him the doc my self in the office. He denied wrong doing and said it was nothing serious. And that all that medication I was taking even though I did not need, they do no damage.. According to him. But still no apologize or admittance of wrong! Avoid this quack doctor and his unprofessional rude staff.
