The office manager has zero customer service skill.

Dr. Carro is a cost plus M.D. More patients - more revenue. No insurance, no problem the door is 'that way'. If questioned, indirect answers. And always more tests. If you ask for a copy of your records, or what he charges your insurance you will be shown the door. [To be fair, like most doctors...]

Awful! Huge ego and explodes if you ask a question. His behavior and manner regarding care is questionable. Very demeaning and condescending. Guessing he's easily available because he can't hang on to his patients. There are far better doctors out there.

Absolutely horrible. If you have an opinion about your condition, he doesn't want to hear it. If you have a medical problem that he can't successfully treat, it's in your head. If he does try to treat, he only knows how to prescribe pain meds. He's not eager to get the the cause of the issues at hand and only has the ability to maybe, treat symptoms. Don't go to this doctor if you actually engage your brain or have an independent thought in your head.

Horrible experience. Very rude. Highly recommend choosing a different Dr.

YIKES!!! Looking for a new doctor!! I had Dr Carro as my family physician for years and years and up until recently I only had good thoughts about him and his staff. I'm not quite sure what's happened, but the Dr and one of his Nurse Practitioner staff have decided they are the almighty and won't explain or answer questions. After asking for an explanation for doing a certain procedure, the nurse practitioner told me "That's just the way we do it.". I then have a conversation with Dr Carro and asked him a question, his response was, "I don't have to explain myself to you." In this day and age when insurance companies are telling you to manage and understand your own health issues, it's completely baffling that a doctor or his staff would respond to one of their long-time patients in this manner (or to anyone for that matter)! I usually visit Dr Carro's office once a year. During the many years that I was a patient I can count on one hand the number of times my appointments… were actually with Dr Carro.

I have had the worst experience with this physician. He has postponed my care due to my HMO insurance and kept trying this and that kind of treatment until finally I was in the emergency room with the worst outcome due to delay in the diagnosis and right treatment. Be careful when you have HMO with a family physician that want to manage all your problems even when it is over his head. Just be careful, your health is very important.

He and his office are kind. The doctor and his staff will do what needs to get done for your problems in a sympathetic and caring manner. A good person

Old family practice and physician. Answered all of my questions. Would not hesitate in referring other people to him and his wife who is a Nurse Practitioner.A keeper.

I was hesitant in changing from my past doctor who I felt was taking me for granted. Dr. Carro made me get my faith back in Doctors. He sits down with me and spends a considerable time in explaining his thoughts, the treatment, and what he wishes for me to do. His staff follow his type of care. He and his staff are completely compassionate. I am glad I changed. I have been trying to send him my friends to him if they are disillusioned.
