Dr. Alberto R Iglesias Vergara, MD

My experience with Dr. Iglesias was excellent. I went to the emergency room, not knowing I was having an appendicitis attack. When Dr. Iglesias came into my room and explained what the situation was and that I would be having surgery within the next hour, I was shocked. He assured me at that time and prior to going into the operating room, that everything would be ok. When leaving the operating room and seeing his smile and him telling me that I could soon have my cup of coffee that I had begged for most of the day, I knew all was well. I want to also mention that all the hospital employees that cared for me, did an excellent job. Upon my postop visit both Dr. Iglesias and his office staff were caring, compassionate and detailed about my medical care. I would highly recommend Dr. Iglesias, his office staff and the Memorial Miramar Hospital employees. I could not ask for a better experience. Thank you all.

Let’s talk about exceptional and out of this world. Dr. Iglesias and his staff are just amazing. Bed side manners are phenomenal, Dr. Iglesias treats you like family. I have been with Dr. Iglesias for 2 procedures, and can definitely say that he is HIGHLY recommend. If you are looking to have general surgery, look no further. The staff in this office are attentive to your needs and get the job done in a timely manner. He is considerate with you scheduled time and gets you in and out in no time.

This Doctor is very professional and caring. Takes time to listen. His presence in a room makes you feel safe. As a patient you feel your in the Best hands!
