Dr. Alberto Luiz Moura Dos Santos, MD

I was referred to Dr. Santos by my primary care physician. My previous doctor had me on restless leg medication and it was not working. Dr Santos immediately told me to throw out that medicine and prescribed a medication for Neuropathy. The medicine made a ton of difference and I'm thrilled. He also sent me to a sleep study and I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. He then sent me to a special dentist that created a custom mouthpiece for me. I now sleep at night again without snoring. Dr. Santos is truly awesome!

Was seen by Dr. Santos for a Sleep Disorder that was diagnosed by another physician. His care amounted to reading a questionnaire that I was asked to fill out and referring me to a sleep study not covered by my insurance. There has been no follow up. There has also been inaccurate billing for visits that I never made. Calls to Billing Department gets an automated system that eventually puts you on hold and then is never answered. Possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor.

This doctor does not call back. He sends you to sleep lab and will not discuss results or call with results. He does not listen to the patient and has a very bad bedside manner. He has me guessing if he has accurately diagnosed my condition.

I would not recommend this doctor for older patients with dementia problems. He was rude and had no patience.
