Dr. Alberto Sobrado, MD

Women who answer the phones and make appointments are rude and unprofessional. Dr. Sobrado has a terrible bedside manner. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated with respect and have referrals sent in a timely manner.

Wait time was way too long and dr. sobrado is VERY inappropriate. Every good experience I had was with a NP and when I would go back they no longer worked there. Started to wonder why.

The only thing I have to complain is that the waiting in the room is TO long.

We receive bill after bill from other offices because of missing referrals. Even requesting a referral is painful. This is at the point where we are considering switching doctor office with a more attentive frontend staff.

Professional staff. Very friendly. Dr. S is a pro!

Dr Sobrado is very professional and truly cares about his patients. Even if his bedside manners are not the best all the times, in general he tries and the most important thing is that he is a capable doctor.The issue of his office is his office. The ladies on the front desk have an attitude with a capital A, they make the patients feel like they are bothering them and they talk to them in a rude manner. The phone is not better. Calling that office is a test in keeping your cool while dealing with someone who treast you like a annoying kinder garden child. Really unprofessional.
