Dr. Aldo Anthony Ciccotelli

I’ve been a patient with Dr.Ciccotelli since before he took over Dr.Connors practice decades ago. He is straight forward as a doctor and a human being a friend.his staff has always treated myself and family 100% with our best interest,I’m Ed Daley and proud to call Dr.Ciccotelli a well respected doctor and friend. With all the negative comments remember we are all just visiting here and a doctor whom ever they are they do have us in their best interest of getting the best help.

Had to see this doctor because regular physician was away. Manner of Dr was poor and felt fat shamed and judged by him. Inaccuracies were placed in file that need corrections.

The doctor is good, but the staff is absolutely miserable to deal with. They are the most miserable and unpleasant people to talk to on the phone, you're put on hold for at least five minutes every time you call (if they pick up), and they have no problem being rude to you once they actually take your call. When you submit a referral, maybe it'll go through. I can not stand this doctor's office, I can not wait to change practices.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years and he is the best. I am one of those guys that never does what he is supposed to and if not for the persistance of Dr Ciccotelli I would of never caught my cancer when I did. His staff persistantly nagged me to get some test done and when I did they found a early stage cancer. Because of them it will not be a problem to get rid of it.

Impossible to get an appointment; when you do get one, its not with a doctor, its with a nurse practitioner who mis-diagnoses you. Oh and forget about the staff. They are the ones who need the happy pills. They look and act miserable. Phone is always busy, no one is the office knows what the meaning of an "appointment" is. Looking for another doctor in the area.

The staff is really friendly and very helpful, compassionate and caring. I hardly ever have to wait and the doctor is excellent and very personable.

I have been a patient at this office for a couple years now. I have never actually seen the doctor, only the Nurse Practitioners there. So, I cannot comment on the doctor specifically. However, I did want to comment on the office staff. I completely agree about the front desk staff. They are not friendly and do not acknowledge you when you come into the office. In fact, my first appointment there, I almost left because I was standing there for at least 5 minutes (probably more) and the one office person looked up at me and said nothing and she was not on the phone or anything - talking to the other girls... Then, finally, another woman came up behind her and offered to help me. I almost left, but I really needed the appointment. BUT, when you do get into the room, with the CNP, they are very caring and the nurse assistants (who take your blood pressure) are very kind. I have NEVER felt rushed through an appointment and they have always taken plenty of time with me. Also, they… are thorough, organized, and seem to genuinely care about you feeling better. So, I gave the office 3 stars because of the front desk staff (which has improved slightly since my first visit) and the fact that you do have to wait a long time in the office (what doctor don't you have to wait for though) and the fact that I have never actually seen the MD there. Otherwise, my score for the office would be higher.

I was having issues with elevated PSA tests that came back extremely high. He recommended I go see a specialist in Princeton. (No, not Dr. House)... Again the tests came back way out of whack.I had to drop off the results to Dr. C's office. By the time I got there, again, no appointment - simply to drop off the test results, he was trying to get out for the day. He really didn't know me from Adam, I'm pretty sure. Well, the "less-than-ebullient receptionist took the report and placed it in a folder to be filed for the doctor in the morning. Dr. C was just getting ready to leave but picked up the file and looked at me through the sliding glass... about 15 feet away. I nodded and he gave me the "c'mon in here" look... He was reviewing the results of the testing and said "let's take a look - drop 'em" (maybe not in those words) So, while he strapped on the gloves I prepared for the DRE in a minute. He was done in a less than a time it would take to tie a shoe... or two shoes. He said,… "Steve, I know these tests are telling me there's an issue here. I don't feel anything peculiar." (I wanted to say, Well, I DID.... ) He gave me specifics on a follow-up, including diet prior to being tested again in 3 months - Long and boring story, that was over 4 years ago and while it took a year to get the numbers down where I was no longer concerned, Dr. C was diligent and available anytime I needed a little hand-holding. Good, good man!
