Above any advice I have ever received from a primary doctor.

Any negative comments about Dr Anders or his staff must have been when he was with the large group practice. Since he opened his own office in Rockville in 2016, he has way more time to spend with patients which means better care and the office staff is courteous and efficient. I have actually never had to wait while there and connecting with him is easy.

I couldn't even get anyone on the phone. I work with a staffing agency, tried to call onmy lunch for an appointment. I'm assuming they read the caller i.d. and assumed it was a sales call. First the doctor himself answered, played as if he couldn't hear me and hung up. The next time I called, some other woman answered, did the same thing, placed me on a hold, came back and hung up on me. I then called back from my cell number and they a woman answered with no hearing issues. Funny right? I am very turned off from going to this office at all. Screening calls is downright disespectful

Poor treatment, I went multiple times for an issue and was never referred to get an MRI. By the time I got one the damage was already done. Dr. Anders and their team just looks for the easy answer and to get you out the door. They don't take the time to really find out what is wrong with you. It's as if they are only interested in getting as many patients in and out as quickly as possible.

The person who answers the phone is your first contact with Dr. Anders. The receptionist who answer the phones as well as make appointments need some more training in the customer service area. Very moody with no personality. Dr. Anders needs to have them replaced. Poor representation of his personality which is a delight and office!
