Dr. Alejandro Blanco Franco, MD

Had surgery under Dr. Alejandro Blanco's care as primary physician and he is listed with Florida Blue as accepting HMO. My family has been going to him for years. He took care of my mother and also her husband who died from cancer under his care. He is listed as authorized provider with Florida Blue. I have not been able to receive a followup visit nor get any other services under Florida Blue as he as to aurhorize as primary care. His office has refused a followup care visit for 9 months because they say Florida Blue causes problems Yet, Florida Blue says they are contracted! So who cares about the patient? The office is hard to contact and not friendly. And don't care. Not recomended!

I’ve been with him 5 years. He’s amazing and so is his staff! He’s the most caring physician I’ve ever known and I’m a retired nurse!

REALLY BAD experience. ZERO STARS. Dr. Blanco charges so much money for doing something that you can get from the internet. I would question his knowledge in medicine. You get a very poor service. He prescribes medication without doing a good research. My husband almost gets a heart attack with a pill he prescribed him. I had to run with him to the urgent care and still can't go back to work. Don't WASTE your money and time with this doctor and most importantly, DON'T put your life at risk. His staff don't answer the phone most of the times. When they answer, they put you on hold forever. The mailbox is full. The manager doesn't answer the email either. Never got a call back. The whole thing is a failure. Can't trust the accuracy of the other "good" reviews. He has nothing of what the other people say. Be careful.
