I join and assigned Dr. Alejandro de la Cruz, Went to his office for almost a year and never meet him. Did get a couple of nasty calls from him when I would complain in his office. Even though I had never seem him. reason for complaint. 1. the attending Doctor comes in a 10:00 AM You need to come in early , to sign in because he does not give appointment. first come first. serve NO PROBLEM, the issue that he wanted you to sit in his clinic 7AM -or whatever time you came in till 10 AM till the doctor who you did not assign would come in. He thinks that we are in CUBA. THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE NON COMPETENT. THEY THINK THEY ARE DOCTORES, HE RUNS HIS CLINIC WITH PRACTIONERS NURSES. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I call asking to see Alejandro De la Cruz and nobody told me he’s no working every day so I came on friday and could not see him. I have to wait to see the other doctor for more than two hours and when I came only one persone was before me.
