My appointment was at 2:30. At 4:30 I was told that it would be another 1-1.5 hours before being seen!! totally ridiculous. I guess they don't think you have a life and have other things to do but sit in there for hours and hours waiting. I told them I'd reschedule and left. Totally unexpectable.

I would have given zero stars if that was an option. Rude, argumentative and just awful in general. The staff at Grace was amazing but that was the only good thing I can relay.

Would have given a bit higher rate if his staff wasn't so horrible. The wait is also unbelievable!! All I can say is, not worth the wait!!!!

This doc doesn't look at the patient complaint on what's going on with the patient he's on a one side of the road doc he's rude and very arguemenitive and he gets mad to easy probably won't be going back

Dr. Verdugo really cares about his patients. He knows how to speak to patients on a level that's easy to understand.

Has no bedside manner and is very rude. he can be very arrogant and nasty to patients. I will not see him again

Dr. Verdugo performed Carpal Tunnel on both of my hands at the same time using the minimal scar surgery. You can't even see where I had this done. He is AWESOME!! I highly recommend him.
