Dr. Aleksandr Kravtsov, MD

The staff is very rude, especially the woman of age. I wanted to make an appointment in this clinic (note that I have already been there for a check up) but they refused. This is highly unprofessional, the staff does not even know how to communicate with pregnant women. I was so stressed afterwards, i am suffering from a headache now. As I have an insurance in New-York, i have a right to visit a doctor in New-York and no one can reject my visit to the clinic.

The office is clean, staff is friendly and efficient. Doctor was theral. He took my detailed history, listened to all my concerns and explained everything in detail. Great bed side manner, highly recommend him to family and friends.

Stay away from this doctor. Awful bedside manner. In professional. Failed to explain the results of sonogram. Alarmed the pregnant (!) patient to the point of emotional outbreak. two second opinions obtained a week later showed he was wrong

This was my first time seeing Dr. Kravtsov who was substituting for my doctor. He spent more than 40 minutes with me carefully looking through many previous test results to help me figure out the source of my unrelenting pain. He asked numerous questions, listened carefully without rushing me, and demonstrated genuine desire to find the right solutions for the underlying issues. He remained calm and professional throughout our consultation even though he was aware that many other patients are waiting for him and getting impatient. I am surprised, Dr. Kravtsov doesn't have many more positive reviews than I've seen, because he is definitely a very good doctor.
