Health is more than just your medical history. Your environment, your home, the people in your life, your passions and your hobbies all influence your health. I believe the best providers are those who build relationships with their patients, and get to know them and the things important to them. This allows for the creation of a more holistic experience, and allows patients and providers to work together to accomplish patient goals. \n As a physician, I believe in a comprehensive approach to healthcare and that there is not a one-size-fits-all approach. I use a spectrum of approaches, including preventive medicine, lifestyle counseling, osteopathic manipulative medicine and counseling to address patient concerns. I want patients to be comfortable asking questions and getting the information they need to make decisions about their health. \n I have special interests in both preventive medicine and geriatrics. I enjoy helping patients identify ways to stay as healthy as possible …throughout their lives. As patients age, I want them to know they continue to be valued, and are as deserving of attention to their health as any younger patient. I want them to feel heard and seen when they visit me. \n When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time outdoors. I stay active by running and exploring with my dog. I also like to read, as well as cook and travel.
