This doctor works for insurance companies. I sustained an injury at work and I had a 15 minute worker's comp appointment with him. I had to wait 4 months to see him while I was forced to recover on my own. He only examined me for two minutes, the rest he spoke about himself and his medical degrees, and then interrogated me for the rest. In his "two minute thorough examination" he determined it was - surprise!!! - a preexisting injury! My advice is to find a reputable doctor who doesn't work for insurance companies.

All my experience with the Froedtert system have been excellent. I tell who ever is willing to listen or asks for my opinion that there is not any other system that give the quality of care. I am deeply grateful.

Nurse and Dr. Burton had a great bedside manner. The medical student did as well.

Dr. Burton was awesome. Easy to talk to, and was honest. I had seen him for a second opinion on a work injury to my foot that I needed surgery on. And I was not happy with the original doctors "bed side manner". And I'm glad I did, because any further treatment will be by Dr. Burton. Would have no issues in recommending Burton to anyone, and am looking forward to seeing him from now on regarding further treatment on my foot

I was seen at Dr. Burton's clinic for a 5 minute follow-up visit with his PA. The plan made was to try physical therapy, which is logical. Unfortunately, Froedtert has no available PT appointments for greater than 1 month. To add injury to insult, I was up-charged an additional 70% by Dr. Burton for the use of the hospital clinic instead of being seen at another location. When disputing this charge and lack of transparency, I was told that Froedtert Hospital does not have to disclose these hidden charges ahead of time, I should have "known better and asked if there would be additional fees," and they do not have to provide a cost breakdown on the supplies/services I used to generate this additional fee.

Dr Burton really did lisren and address allof my concerns. Trust is part the successful outcome!

Dr. Burton and his team were excellent. Very thorough with everything. I really appreciated the time they spent with me. The whole team was great.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Burton. He was warm, professional, attentive and very informative. I left appointment feeling like I finally have a plan in place for dealing with the pain I have in my knees and feet from osteoarthritis.
