Dr. Alex Guevara JR., DO

The front desk receptionist laughed at me when I told her what I took depression meds for Suicidal thoughts anxiety etc. preceded to tell me I wouldn't be seen for that and that I needed a physical first(money hungry strategy). I had called before to verify if I could see Guevara and was confirmed yes for the radon and yes they take my insurance. Needless to say she turned me down when I told her about the depression and that I couldn't stop taking these meds suddenly and to plz check with the dr first....NOPE handed me my id and said bye rudely. I went off on her knocked down their business cards. I couldn't believe she was determining my condition then and there. Not surprised by the ratings

Office staff is very rude and unprofessional.

Doctor Guevara is good he has experience with his diagnosis, but some of his administrative personnel do not show professionalism when attending customers. We reported it already, but no improvement.

I Love Dr. Guevara he spends a lot of time with me and most of all he explains everything very well to me and his treatment works very well I don't have to call back and say the medicine he gave me doesn't work for me he knows what treatment or meds to give me for my illness. He is the best.

Went for a first time visit and did not even look at the body area in question, immediately diagnosed me without analyzing. Wanted me to go back another time for a physical when I already dropped around $200 there. What? I don't think this is a professional doctors office. Will not be going back here again.

he just sucks dont risk your life going to him and his staff sucks too!
