saw many other doctors first and got nowhere. then dr Shteynshlyuger seems to have completely fixed my issue. very grateful

I've been a patient since 2018. After consulting another doctor for what appeared to be not very common condition and who refused to address it saying I was fine. Doctor Alex helped me a lot and solved all the issues. Not right away though. Only after a few detailed examinations and a series of tests and procedures that he performed himself with assistance of his caring office staff. My insurance wasn't accepted but I was offered affordable cash/card payments. Dr. Shteynshlyuger is really top urology specialist. I also enjoyed that his office open late hours and follow up visits by video call.

Bait and switch. At first Dr. Alex and his staff were attentive and personable. But when my procedure did not go as planned and I developed complications, that pleasant attitude and personal attention suddenly stopped, they canceled my already scheduled follow-up visits, and left me high and dry. I look much worse now than I did before and had to find another urologist. I urge others to get in writing exactly what will happen (and who will pick up the slack) if something goes wrong.

Wonderful team and great doctor. Went in for a cosmetic circumcision and am very pleased with the results. Team was amazing and so helpful with scheduling.
