staff was rude - felt like my zip code was a mitigating factor on whether or not it was necessary to be courteous; was given inaccurate information at time appointment was made; dentist was ok, unless he's aware of how staff treats people

Spent thousands of dollars on emergency room visits after having wisdom teeth removed. Had fractured my jaws and caused punctures in my sinus cavity as result of carelessness and many months of pain. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!

Didnt really seem concerned that I felt everything he was doing. Very rough.Felt like I was just business not a person .Wont see him again !

I had to await a month for my appointment and when I would call with questions, it was almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I didn't know until the day before if sedation would be used and when I asked the assistant about it, she got rude and said they would do whatever I want if I am willing to pay for it but it was too late to change how I was scheduled. The experience was particularly rough. Even though I made sounds to let them know I was in pain while having the tooth extracted, they showed no level of concern or compassion. I felt man handled. Then when I was still in quite a bit of pain a week and a half later he told me that he only would see me if I got worse in another week and that I couldn't have anything else for pain but to take 800 mg of ibuprofen every 6 hours ( which shouldn't be done for someone with a family history of kidney failure). There wasn't a single pleasant part of my experience. I will never go back and wouldn't recommend him.

Dr. Walker was caring and a good dentist. Very efficient.

I just had a tooth removed by Dr. Walker and it took less than 5 minutes. Painless aside from the shots.
