This was a follow up from a surgery, so no new medications are needed, so just an approval of the healing was nice to hear. The Dr did clean my ear which was needed because of the surgery and I am thankful for that.

He must have been having a bad day. In the 3 years we have been seeing Dr Bein, he has always been understanding and explained any issues. This time he seemed frustrated and was talking into his phone for his notes but never actually spoke directly to me until I started asking questions about what I heard him say to his notation app.

When I was sent to Dr. Bien 3 years ago, I was told he was the best in Oklahoma.

This doctor is a compendium of the best qualities we can wish in a doctor, in its unique specialty: knowledge, devotion, respect and compassion. I am happy to have him as a doctor, and i wish him the best. I am sure his patients and future ones will corroborate my opinion.

I am so glad that I choose Dr. Bien. Dr. Bien gave me my hearing back. Dr. Bien made everything smooth and explained everything he would be doing for my surgeries. I have never felt so safe as I was with him. His compassion and dedication to his patients can't be found by any other Dr. I just wish he was still here in Albany. It is a GREAT loss for Albany ENT. Best of Luck Dr. Bien you are missed.
