Dr. Alexander Charles Brand, MD

Dr. Brand is one of the best pediatricians I know. All of them are great at Delmar Pediatrics but he is by far the best. I have been taking my kids to him since they were born. He has an excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Brand is extremely calm, patient, encouraging, and takes the time to listen to all questions and concerns we have about our twins. His exams are very thorough and professional. He answers all questions and takes extra time to make sure all health concerns are addressed. He makes our kids laugh and makes them feel important by taking the time to ask them questions and listening closely to what they have to say. We have been patients of Dr. Brand for 9 years and have ALWAYS found him to be a WONDERFUL pediatrician. We find it impossible to believe that anyone else would EVER have a problem with this amazing doctor. They surely must have been thinking of a different person and a different practice. We would recommend Dr. Brand to ANYONE without hesitation.

Horrible bedside manners. Very unprofessional. Will shout at parents when something is said he doesn't agree with and he will make excuses for mistakes his staff has made. In his profession shouting at parents dealing with issues involving their children is unacceptable. Doesn't listen to what a parent has to say. The wait time to be seen when you arrive early and on time is about 30 to 40 minutes in the exam room waiting for the doctor. One receptionist in the office is very pushy and rude. Glad we switched.

Very calm, soothing, smart man. Perfect person to have become a pediatrician. Always spends enough time with you and doesnt ever make you feel rushed. I feel very confident in all the diagnoses he has made for both my son and daughter all these years. We have been seeing him for at least 7-8 years. Even though my daughter likes to see a woman doctor now, she will still make an exception for Dr. Brand.
