Dr. Alexander Delgadillo, MD

Worst experience ever. Doctor didn’t even knock as he entered the room nor introduced himself. He couldn’t competently answer questions. Asked for a referral and he forgot I asked and ended up not giving one. Walked out the room with no instruction and left patient in the middle of the hall alone. Would absolutely not recommend him to anyone even if care of free

I found all of the staff very professional and organized. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. Dr. Delgadillo came in and only said hello!! His nurse did all the talking while he sat and looked at the floor. He only made comments to me if I directly asked him a question. The Dr's clothes and tie were dirty with food stains!! He forgot to send me for blood test until I called the office the next day and told him the pharmacist told me I needed to check my liver before taking the drug he ordered. He seemed very shy and not interested at all in my needs.

Seemed like an okay guy, but the staff was not very friendly, the office had fruit flies, and there was no privacy at all. I overheard the doctor conversing with patients, as if I was standing right next to them. Not a very professional environment.

A very uncareing Doctor,could care less about your well being and Pain. His staff is very cold except for 1 Girl who seems to care more about you then he does or his nurse.

The only reason I'm seeing Dr. Delgadillo is United Healthcare keeps referring him to me when all my other physicians dropped the insurance. Office setting is in older building in need of updates. Doctor's staff is not the friendliest.
