I am very happy with my migraine treatments at advanced Neurology.

I have been a patient in Advanced Neurology for many years an always been impressed by dr Feldman promptness , sharp medical acumen , being opened minded and not stuck with traditional approach to even complex neurological problems . His staff is great , cheerful and responsive to all my needs . I just recently learned that dr Feldman was nominated as a Best Colorado neurologist and I 100% agree with this idea .

My mother was referred to Dr. Feldman after a diagnosis of PHN, and because her pain was increasingly getting worse and changing in its location and presentation. He did a basic evaluation, and simply increased her PHN medication and ordered physical therapy, even though he acknowledged her pain and the location wasn’t typical. And he refused to order an MRI. She continued to swiftly deteriorate with pain and lost her ability to walk, and we called multiple times for additional support. We finally got him on the phone and he stated her pain and symptoms were not in line with PHN, and that he believed she was making it all up to get attention. We took her to the ER and they immediately ordered imaging and found a large tumor pressing on her spinal cord, which was causing all of the pain. She was admitted to the ICU for 5 days and the hospital for an additional 6, and finally properly diagnosed with lymphoma and in severe kidney failure. Had Dr. Feldman taken the proper time to… listen to her and assess her symptoms, we could have caught this weeks earlier, and avoided her massive suffering and could have began treatment as outpatient, rather than have her almost die and require an extensive hospitalization and intervention, including dialysis.

I've suffered from chronic migraines most of my life. Since childhood, a dozen doctors have tried to treat my condition. Once I found Advanced Neurological, and Dr. Feldman, the quality of my life changed forever. Dr. Feldman is the only doctor in the Denver area who specializes in migraine treatment and prevention. He has unsurpassed knowledge of current prophylactic measures. He doesn't give up. If one medication is ineffective, he'll try another. Over the past 15 years, he's gone the distance with me. Since Dr. Feldman himself has migraines, he's much more sympathetic to how debilitating the illness can be. My recommendation for Dr. Feldman and Advanced Neurological is off the charts.

Dr Feldman has spent a lot of time helping me with my migraines. He is very nice, and educated man who takes time to listen to his patients.

I was lied to and brought there on a false pretense. Totally unprofessional, demeaning, cruelly discriminatory. I verified two or three times that this practice takes my insurance for cognitive therapy. When I arrived for my appointment the receptionists were flirting with an man in a neck brace and ignored me. I was on time but they were making me late ignoring me as I stood there. It was like I was invisible. Finally, I call out to the blond woman just sitting there and ask to be checked in. The woman would not get up from her seat and respectfully check me in. Instead she nastily yells at me over the other conversation?! The other two people did not move over so that she and I could speak and she would not walk aroung them five feet to speak to me directly?! Instead she kept yelling over them at me., The supervisor came out and did not handle her bizaar behavior? What could I do? If I left I would have been charged for the appointment. I thought Oh well maybe she's just having a… bad day. I am screened by Brandon who was combative and rude. Cutting me off. Demeaning me for having a Visual Concussion Syndrome as diagnosed by my Optometrist, because he "has never heard of that" so therefore it doesn't exist. I have serious photophobia and he leered at me that I wore a cap to manage the issue as I get migraines. Moreover despite being diagnosed by multiple doctors and other people with PhD's, but Brandon an MA says he just knows better and tells me that I don't have TBI injury. He never received any of my medical documentation. He doesn't like it when I say the names of actual Doctors and PhD's who I've consulted with and ask him to refer to their record, because he's denying my medical record? Who does he think he is? Then he informs me that they don't take my insurance. Which is funny because the state on BIA that they do. Then I left and the entitled, blond woman is leering at me. I said: I don't understand I just confirmed that you take my insurance before travelling hours here for this appointment. She said: Oh but we can refer you (*and bill my insurance a huge amount for consulting). No, really there is something wrong with her. I felt like I was dealing with someone who needed to be in treatment rather than abusing and maniputing patients. I asked the other receptionist for the office manager information but was too creeped out to call as I realized later that it was scarey, They had this attitude like my skin isn't the right color It felt very Soviet Union, cold.

I have been suffering facial pain for ten years. It was ruining my life. Dr. Feldman was the first and only doctor who really properly diagnosed the problem and prescribed medicine, which provided immediate help. He also recommended treatment, which provide long term solution. He virtually returned me back to normal life. My family and I would like to express our gratitude to Dr. Feldman. He is highly recommended. Alex Shilof.

Dr Feldman and Matthew have helped me so much after UC Health with unable to successfully diagnose and treat my seizure disorder! I have always been treated with respect as a patience in his office and he is a great listener. Appointment availability has been great too. I would highly recommend Dr Feldman and his staff for anyone struggling with seizures and/or migraines.

Rude and uncaring. Very bad experience for me. Did not even review paperwork I brought with me before seeing me. Would never recommend this man.

The staff was friendly but Dr. Feldman was not. I went there to talk about my migraines and I was having recent occuring symptoms of slurred speech/difficulty speaking and forgetfulness. He asked me a series of questions and was abrupt and rude. The most disturbing thing he said to me was that he thought those symptoms might be attributed to my Asian ethnicity and upbringing that caused my slurred/slow speech because Asians tend to be more introverted. One, I was born here and speak just fine. I've never had such a ignorant doctor before. He's Russian and a minority and should understand that it's not okay to say something so racist and ignorant. Basically the whole diagnosis for the headaches and slurred speech was I being Asian and he couldn't help me and recommended me to see another doctor.
