We are the patient of TCPA since 8 years with Dr. Niranjan Puranik who is awesome with excellent rating in entire Katy, since he is off today TCPA Cinco scheduled the appointment with Dr.Gonzalez Alexander. As there was a major accident @ I-10 we have reached 10-15 mins late to the clinic, which we have informed at the front desk, still the front desk lady contacted the doctor Gonzalez and confirmed we cant accept the patient now. However they have accepted other patients and this is not the way they can discriminate...as a doctor he should understand the situation and the urgency and act accordingly...we were completely disappointed with this experience...i dont recommend anyone here....

My son has been seeing Dr. Gonzalez for about 4 years, he is 7 now. The doctor is wonderful, has "special" cool toys that my son really looks forward to playing with. My son was recently diagnosed with ADHD and the meds have been a life saver. However, the process in which you have to obtain them from this office is horrible. The person responsible for calling patients to let them know their prescriptions are ready for pick up does not do her job and if you call and complain she tells the staff to let her know when you come in and she berates you for complaining that you never received a call. I have been yelled at and basically told I was lying about not receiving a call. This has happened three times now. I am changing doctors. I can't believe someone like Dr Gonzalez has a person like this representing his office!

Dr. Alexander Gonzalez is a fantastic pediatrician!--Gentle, patient, down to earth, practical, a good listener, and highly intelligent. Although he practices at a VERY busy pediatric office, it's worth the wait.
