Horrible staff. I called in wanting to speak with one of the staff. I was told to call back after 3:00pm. I called in at exactly 3:05 at which point they said she left for the day. She basically told me that I am a liar and that she can’t help me and hung up on me. Don’t waste your time with this office. The doctor is ok but the staff is unprofessional and rude and their behavior is absolutely disgusting.

Beware. Reporting this office to the department of health. The secretary Elena actually lied when asked to send a referal to my neurologist, she has claimed for 2 days in a row that the dr. Is on vacation. The other secretary has confirmed that he is not, he is in the office today. Both are belligerent and block access to speak directly with your own DR. Since he hasnt fired them, he's on board with this. Find a good Dr., with a professional office.

I’ve been to Dr Merson several times, He’s always been helpful, friendly & knowledgeable.

I went to see this doctor for physical and school paperwork. Office was modern and clean. Doctor was professional and knew what to do quickly but didn’t spend a lot of time with me. I needed to ask more questions. I asked the PA, she was good but doctor was already seeing another patient.

Once I saw the doctor it was great, they took vitals, had samples of antibiotic, made me feel better. But the office, unfortunately, gives no priority to people that are really sick. I was sitting with a facemask on for a while, I don't know how long but every minute of a bad sinus infection felt like an hour. Air conditioning helped everyone except me who was shivering. Doc and nurse were good I have to say, I still use the saline rinse.

Scam Artist, horrible attitude and doenst take his time with patients.

An appointment with the doctor on Saturday, which is quite convenient for those who work from Monday to Friday. And busy all day. The staff knows their business and can help at any moment. Waiting did not take 10 minutes. Dr. Alexander Merson made strong impressions going person who knows the business and the person is ready to help other people.

Dr. Merson is truly a caring and involved doctor. Exceptionally bright, he is efficient, but at the same time extremely careful and thoughtful. I have entrusted my care to him for over ten years now and am extremely pleased.

the doctor himself is pretty responsible and listens. i think his diagnostics is pretty much inline with every other practitioner, where he recommends pills as a way to cure the immediate problem, as opposed to making life changes. i have not had major health problems, but to make appointments and get blood results is like pulling teeth from the office staff. specifically lena and irina dont understand the meaning of customer service. if you don't follow up regarding your status, no one will. when i call to find out the status, they make it seem like they are doing me a favor speaking to me, and are pretty abrasive in tone and their manerisms. it might just be a russian culture where there was no customer service, but you are in america now and you have to learn to recognize that there are other good doctors and competition. I have never had this type of treatment in another office.
