Did not help at all or seem to care. Also didn’t seem to believe the level of pain I was in and offered no advice on relief-not even Advil! Didn’t address it at all. Wanted to send me for a nerve test which was unnecessary since my general physician had already thoroughly reviewed my MRI report and could tell three nerves that were a result of the excruciating pain I was in. I suspect this Dr didn’t even look at the MRI disc I brought. I overheard him speaking to his assistant and he sounded annoyed that I did not go to the imaging facility they recommended. Too bad. I was able to get an appointment elsewhere sooner! Visits were extremely rushed as well. I would not recommend this doctor and have since gone elsewhere with much better result and a real treatment plan!

The person that left that review does not know Dr. Russoniello. Dr. Russoniello has been my ortho for 20 years and I have had nothing but good experiences and outcomes. It is a shame that someone would post such a review when I am sure all they had was a consultation that probably did not give them the answer they wanted. Everyone has a right to their opinion, but not a right to hurt someone's reputation. Wait times coincide with a physician's popularity -- he tries to see as many patients as possible because he cares. Sometimes it takes longer than scheduled. He also deals with emergencies at his office which could throw off the entire day's appointments.

caustic, rude, walks out of room when asking a question!!! Do not trust he will keep your info private.... i learned it the hard way with him. He uses staples that hurts and no one uses anymore. Dr in NY said to me that it is painful and lazy doctors can't be bother learning the latest techniques to avoid pain. this person is so stuck on himself all lhe talks about is how people love him and everyone wants him, etc. etc......NEVER! you will wait up to 3 hours because he doesn't care about you.... Get it, he doesn't care! narcissism is his middle name. no thanks. all your brains mean nothing if you don't have a heart and bedside manners. ugh! notice there's no space for a three hour wait on this review. only less than an hour. how convenient. I really dislike his manners, his attitude, his ideal of himself, etc.

Husband had Meniscus done in 2014. Has been good ever since.

Rude staff and rushed visit doctor not attentive

I fell and 4 weeks later, still couldn't use my hand. The pain was excruciating even just picking up an empty cup. An MRI showed that I had a broken wrist. I was referred to Dr. Russoniello. I walked into the office with great hopes. The office was clean and the staff very nice. That all changed when doctor came into the room. He didn't want to hear anything about the pain. He told me my wrist was broken and that it would heal in a few weeks. He told me that the pain I was having was unrelated to my broken wrist. When I asked what he thought I could do about the pain and loss of mobility and if he thought it would get better, he wouldn't answer me. He actually walked out of the room while I was still talking to him. I have Never been treated this way before. I left his office in tears. DO NOT use this doctor. He didn't care and didn't help me in any way. I don't understand how a doctor can refuse to help or talk to a patient. The worst experience I've ever had.

GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER,,,TAKES ALL TIME YOU NEED TO EXPLAIN EVERY PROCEDURE..VERY THOUROUGH FROM START TO FINISH...

I went to see him for hip pain in 2011. His exam and films did not support this and in 2012 he sent me for MRI of the back. Once that showed herniated discs he diagnosed that as my problem and sent me to PT. 6 weeks later no better so basically brushed his hands of me and said I would need pain mgt. when I again referred to my hip being the problem he cut me off and exasperatedly and rudely said that it was not my hip. 3 cort injections later...no better. Guess what Doc...went to another orthoped yesterday and I have severe arthritis in....THE HIP!! Need a hip replacement! 2 years wasted!! And the wait to see him...for all of 5 minutes...unbelievable! I would give him NO stars if I could.
