prescription refill nightmares , Etc ! Looking for new Dr.

Dr. Torres is my 5th rheumatologist since moving here from NH. Every other Rheumatologist, I would leave their office crying. I have been going to him for three years now. He bends over backwards for me if I am in pain. He is determined to give me a good quality of life. His bedside manner is awesome. He is a great doctor and I can get in touch with him 24/7 and he always answers back. He has a whole new staff they are okay but I miss the old ones. I highly recommend him to those who may need this type of specialist.

Waited 3 months for appointment. Just to have a lot of test ordered that weren't needed at his office so he can pocket more money. I had to cancel a couple of appointments due to fact that I take care of an elderly deminsia patient. So they just won't even return a call leaving me very sick with a preexisting condition until I finally got into another Dr. But it's okay for them to change appointments on me. 3xs They also won't return your items for financial aid after your no longer a patient. Getting ready to call police and get a lawyer. I have talked to other Dr's and have been told that a lot of patients are leaving Dr. Torres. This guy needs to be shut down!!

I was sent here from another doctor because concern over my recent bloodwork. Had to take a urine test to see what drugs was in my system. Being a new patient, I was appalled. Office nonstop with people picking up meds. All patients did urine tests. After 41 minutes past my appointment time I finally was called back. Dr. Torres had no idea why I was sent to him. Could see nothing conflicting about my bloodwork and sent me on my way since I was pain free. My GI doctor still hasn't got a report from him. Money wasted. ð??¬

Fantastic doctor & service! Dr. Torres and his staff listen to what your problems are & are very thorough in handling the problems completely through. We would highly recommend him to anyone!

Never did an exam. Pushes drugs.

Dr Torres is very caring. He listens and tries to find a way to ease your pain. He and his staff are very professional and everyone tries to make your visit a nice experience. Wait time is usually a small amount of time compared to other physicians I have seen. The doctor is very knowledgeable and worth waiting to see.

Wait time for appt is way too long, Doctor seems to be very knowledgable but immature with his staff, Too much chaos with the staff for a medical facility, Staff is just ridiculous. II will never go back there.

Dr. Torres is a great doctor. He see's both my wife & son & he takes the time to hear how they are feeling & any concerns they have. That's a lot when your son is getting shots weekly & the doctor wants the most out of it but not hindering him.

This doctor is immature and thinks he is at a admiration party of sorts as he is full of himself. He lacks leadership of his office. He talks about his patients behind their backs thinking we can't hear him. Then he comes into the room on his cellphone and thinks I care about where he is celebrating with his apparent girlfriend next week. Word in Sebring is that this guy can't get his act together in or out of his office. He screwed up on my medication my doc from up north had already prescribed all he had to do was refill. When questioned, he changed my care without much notice to me. I can't get a return call from that crappy managed office of his. I'd rather go back to the Bond Clinic.
