I called to schedule a referral appointment for my daughter and was extremely disappointed by the front office staff's behavior. The staff member, Sophia, was unprofessional—chewing gum or food while speaking—and spoke to me in a condescending, sarcastic tone. She dismissed the referral process entirely, repeating "unfortunately" in a patronizing way and mocking me by saying, "Riiiight, it wasn’t our job to contact you." After this experience, I looked up reviews and found many similar complaints about rude, dismissive staff going back several years. I never made it past the front desk to see the doctor because of how poorly I was treated. Patients deserve respectful, professional communication—especially when following proper referral procedures. Sadly, this office fails at that first point of contact.

Worse Rheumatologist office ever!!!! I couldn't mark none starts. Front desk Andrea is super RUDE! She has a really rude attitude, I have been trying to change my appt, I know there book! But i don't think the follow up appt will NOT last an hour, just to let me know there sre normal or that i only have inflammation! She roll her eyes on me and when you check in, she always mad. The doctor is good, but her staff! Dont go there! Also they are doing HIPPA violation. They don't closed there front window and you can hear everything regarding patient information and the first day I was there i was able to hear she was talking bad about a patient.

I feel like I am in good hands . She makes sure she knows you as a patient not just as a part of a person. She is persistent in making sure she addresses all of your issues and any questions you have. She wants to do her best to make sure you are as whole as she can. She's patient and Michelle her PA is excellent as well. Her staff is very professional. My past experiences with her peers in Houston have not been as positive. I'm thankful for her.

Excellent Doctor. My mother is very impressed with her and trust her.
