Dr. Alexandra Andrea Herzlich, MD

Dr. Herzlich is an excellent doctor with a great bedside manner. All the staff were polite and welcoming and I did not feel rushed in any way. My questions were answered very patiently and followup was great.

I made an appointment for a field vision test. I was given the appointment, and I had a prescription for the test. I showed the prescription to the receptionist who processed my insurance, the technician who insisted I needed to have a basic vision exam, another technician who insisted she needed to numb my eyes and do a pressure test. One hour later, when the doctor came in she informed me that they don't do that test and don't have the equipment for it.

Referred to Dr. Herzlich by my retina specialist. Did not make appointment due to rude and obnoxious phone receptionist that disconnected me once and put me on extended hold several times. Next, after telling her I was unavailable the first two times she suggested, she became very curt and rude and demanded that I give her some days and times. I ended the call and obtained another referral to another cornea specialist that has a polite and professional phone receptionist.

She was lovely and I appreciated her honesty and caring nature.

Dr herzlich told me to just deal with it when I asked her about other treatment options for a corneal scar unbelievable

Dr. Herzlich deserves more than 5 stars. She is caring, proficient, and pleasant.

The Dr. went above and beyond to take care of my disease.....i still see her and lost my ins. still takes care of me...thats a doctor!!!!!
