Other reviews spot on. I thought maybe it was just me. Same experience for me. She came off as disinterested. I was amazed at how disorganized the office was and how doctor's flat affect and lack of interest led me to want to cancel my follow up visit. It's been almost a year, I thought I'd give it one more chance, I walked in the office to make a yearly skin check appointment, but office was still as chaotic and disorganized. I will look elsewhere for a dermatologist.

Met with Dr. at Santa Barbara County Clinic. Her demeanor was terrible. She was rude and clearly did not want to be in the appointment. Questions regarding skin health were asked, she was abrupt and showed absolutely no concern in her response. She took a biopsy of a part of the skin which she believed may be cancerous. When I asked her how she knew this may be cancerous, her response was â??you need to go to medical school.â?? I was shocked, and appalled at her response. I did address her inappropriate response and it did not phase her. Not once did she make eye contact with me or show any emotion. If youâ??re looking for a doctor that will help and care for you as a patient, she is not one to go to. Terrible.

Did not review patients needs with P.A. before seeing her. Was Blunt, Stoic, Firm and very rushed. Did not listen to patient but repeatedly interrupted and changed her diagnosis twice. Left patient sitting in bra while talking and disagreeing with diagnosis. Very rude bedside manner. She did not smile once. Even upon entering.
