Dr. Grossman’s advice has literally changed my life. I have had acne most of my life and after 6 months of working with her, my skin is clear. I’ve tried everything else, including other derms. She is kind, encouraging, honest and realistic about results. She and her staff is incredibly prompt and helpful and I never feel rushed or like I can’t get my questions (even ones that don’t relate to my acne) answered. I absolutely recommend going to see her!

After viewing all the positive reviews decided to give Elizabeth Grossman a try. What a MISTAKE!!!! Very disappointed. We are new to Charlotte area. Barely got to tell what was wrong before being interrupted! Felt like she really didn't care. Was too busy to listen!! Did not feel helped at all. No bedside manner. Felt like she had the personality of a ROCK. I will definitely NOT be back here again. And I will not recommend her (not that she really cares) to anyone I know. Just not used to being treated rudely at a doctors office...not where I am from. Customer service is important to me. You only get one chance to make a first impression. And hers was awful! What a waste of my time AND my money

Dr. Grossman was excellent, knowledgeable, personable. Her staff is great and personable.

Very nice doctor who is patient & kind during all exams, etc. Understands the embarrassment of full body checks & tries to make you feel comfortable.

Dr. Grossman is great. She has a wonderful bedside manner. I do not feel rushed. She offers a range of solutions (invasive vs. noninvasive, costly vs. cost effective). She also helps prioritize my treatment. She recently did Botox on my forehead and it looks great. It's not too stiff. I went back for a few touchups the next week - per her suggestion. It was quick easy and I'm very happy with the results.
