Dr. Roberta D Sengelmann, MD

I have had skin cancer for 40 years and Dr. Sengleman is not only pleasant and efficient but undoubtedly the best surgeon west of the Mississippi!

She was an hour and a half late, charged $275 for about 15 minutes of her time for a consultation and was impatient when I wanted to ask a question which interrupted her pitch.

Whenever I think about the most exceptional doctors that I have known, Dr. Senglelman is on the top of the list. She is not only extremely competent, but she is a very very nice person. If you go to her, you are in very good hands (literally). She really cares about her patients as people and is a delight to know. I wish I still lived close enough to get treatment from her.

Dr. Sengelmann is such a good dermatological surgeon that many patients are referred to her by dermatologists when skin cancer needs to be removed leaving as small a scar as possible. She also does lots of cosmetic surgery and seems to know quite a bit. I was really blown away by the professional way that she treats her entire office staff, the kind and friendly way she treats her patients, how good she is at what she does, and how much she really seems to genuinely enjoy her work. But really I could go on and on!! She takes a real interest in her patients, remembering things about them, saying kind things that she really means, etc. She has a great sense of humor too. This is one great lady and one terrific doctor. When I move away from Santa Barbara this Dr. Sengelmann is one thing that I will really miss; I can not say enough positive things about her! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! And that goes for the rest of her staff too!!
