Dr. Rebecca Dawn Miller, MD

The five stars are for Dr. Miller. One Star goes to her receptionist. I agree with everyone's review regarding the receptionist. I have been seeing Dr Miller for years (and will continue to do so) because she is amazing but I cringe every time I go in there. One of the receptionist is just rude and condescending, constantly rolling her eyes. She is rude in person and over the phone. I try to be kind and overly thankful but I don't know why I should do this? Why am I thanking her up and down when she is such a jerk?

Dr. Miller shows her true care and concern for every patient. She is my most trusted physician in Santa Barbara. She never leaves anything at, “I don’t know.” She always goes the extra mile to research issues and provide a thorough answer and treatment (if needed). I always leave her office feeling confident that I have a great partner on my side. She is just incredible, both in her personality and in her expertise. Here’s how much I value her: since switching to an HMO, I continue to see her on a cash basis because I can’t imagine going to any other dermatologist! (And her rates are very reasonable and worth every penny.)

It was difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Miller, but when I did see her, I was very impressed! Loved her level of care.

Rebecca is wonderful. I have been seeing her for over 7 years! She is smart and takes time to really explain any issues. I have had two minor surgeries that went well and feel so confident in her abilities. Love her friendly open disposition! Appointments are hard to get and usually a good month to two out. My only constructive criticism would be for one of her gals who schedules appointments. She is rude and acts like its a burden on her for you to be there.

Dr Miller is wonderfulâ?¦friendly, courteous, spends lots of time with you.. The majority of the people at the front desk, however are cold, rude and unprofessional.
