Do not waste your time here! It's impossible to get a hold of a human being at this office. They don't answer live calls, only return voicemails (this was actually told to me by the front desk assistant). Takes days for them to return voicemails. And then - unless you answer their call - you're stuck playing phone tag. The front desk assistants take unhelpful and incompetent to a whole other level. They even cancelled my appointment (which I drove out to Arlington from Fort Worth for) in error once. The desk assistant was very short with me and did not apologize or try to get me in sooner. Very standoffish, I accommodating and rude. Dr. Geslani himself is a nice man, but not a great doctor. He is really quick to prescribe medicine. He didn't even look at my MRI himself or walk me through it. He just looked at the report and diagnosed me. He was super rushed and didn't want to take the time to explain why he made that diagnosis or to answer my questions. He also wanted to assign… me a more severe diagnosis so that insurance would approve this new type of medicine (rather than find a medicine that was approved for my actual diagnosis). Oh he also told me how he gets free football tickets from his pharmacy rep (wonder what other kickbacks he gets hence his readiness to prescribe that specific medicine so assuredly and quickly). Would give this doc/office zero stars if I could!
