Dr. Alexis Beltsios Honigbaum, MD

Dr. Honigbaum was very professional with my annual skin assessment. She recommended some areas of my skin that needs attention from sun exposure. I highly recommend her to other patients.

Dr. Honigbaum needs some people skills! Does not listen, is very dismissive, gives no information and generally speaking is the worst doctor I have ever seen! She wouldn't give me a renewal for a prescription that I've had many times in the past for my skin eczema. (It is the only thing that has ever worked!) She insisted on some ointment I have used in the past that never worked, and is very expensive.) When I told her it never worked, she said to try it again! That was it! I'm not picking up the prescription, I'm looking for a new Dermatologist. She needs to get over herself!

I was very disappointed and in rage from a skin problem that I was encountering at the time of my visit with Dr. Honigbaum. I proceeded to tell her my condition as she looked at my skin and with her arms crossed, told me I had dry skin and to stop using perfumed body lotion. I explained how much discomfort I was going through with the itching and again, as she stood away with her arms crossed, would not prescribe anything. I was in her office for 5 minutes and paid $50 co pay for this treatment. I ended up going to another doctor who diagnosed scabies, yep, thank you very much Dr. Honigbaum!
