Dr. Alexis L Young, MD

I wish I had read the reviews before I saw her. Every single negative review is exactly how I was treated. I felt as though I was a leper....she never even made eye contact or had any physical interaction to look at my skin. Her diagnosis on my chart is also incorrect. Truly not a professional, not worth anyone's time, unless you want a ton of free lotions from her nurse. Save your time and money and go elsewhere, I know I will. I had to give one star, would not let me give zero or negative!

My experience is that I've never had an appointment like that. She was in and out like a flash...didn't even answer my questions. Now I have to find another doctor. The appointment was a waste of time and money. Maybe it was a bad day at the office or something, but it was not good. I wouldn't recommend her.

I've seen doctor young for a myriad of issues from, frivolous to serious, in the past 5 years and I have never been anything less than satisfied with her and her staff. The staff is friendly and always gets an appointment quickly, they go out of their way to do so if it's urgent. Early appointments to minimize missing work have always been available as well. Dr Young has always been professional and caring. She makes me comfortable even when addressing delicate issues. Follow-up is outstanding. I have recommended to many and all have been very happy with her service.

I called Dr. Young's office for an appointment after calling 3 other dermatologists who all would not see me for at least a week. I expressed my concern and that I really wanted to come in as soon as possible. Dr. Young gave me an appointment within the hour as soon I said I was worried. Despite how busy she was she took me in and did a quick and painless procedure! This doctor gets an A++. Staff was also very accommodating and friendly on the phone and in person. Great experience!

I will not go and see her again and will not recommend her to anyone. lack of kindness

I saw Dr. Young for the first time today to remove something from my face and she is a fine doctor. She has a gentle touch and is cautious in her approach. Being a little early for the appointment, I barely had time to open a magazine before I got to see her.

Horrible. Kicked me to the curb and told me my skin condition is untreatable. Spent no more than 2 minutes in the patient room.

I found Dr. Young to be superficial and perfunctory.

Went to have full skin scan today...Dr. Young is gentile, professional, easy to deal with...felt fully comfortable disrobing completely without concern...Dr. Young listened to my history without interrupting and spent adequate time examining me and my issues...I have a new dermatologist

I've seen Dr. Young a few times now. She is very knowledgable and easy to talk to. Overall, I like her a lot.
