Has always been the best doctors office we have been to.

Their policies are RIDICULOUS. We had to cancel two wellness appointments. One because of a death and the other because my husband's work schedule. We gave them more than enough time. Come to find out they want 48 hours of notice!! So we received a bill for a $100! Fifty dollars for each cancelled appointment. I have never been in a practice where there is a requirement of forty eight hours. Life is unpredictable. Things happen. We gave over three hours notice for the first cancellation and over six hours for the second cancellation. When I told the receptionist that we had to leave because we couldn't afford those late fee's, she didn't care. Just a horrid practice. Would not recommend!

Dr Bishop is the best pediatrician. I would not even consider leaving my children under the care of anyone else. He is intelligent, caring and has the best bedside manner I have ever seen and I am an RN so I see a lot.

I called to ask if they was taken new patients and the woman who answered was very rude. They need to remember it is our kids who keep them having a job. The only thing I can answer on the survey that I know is true is the courtesy of the staff. the rest I do not know.
