Dr. Alfonso Chen, MD

Dr. Chen is the best thing that ever happened to my husband. He is kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. He takes his time give you the care you need and prescribe the best medicines to help you be your best. We would recommend him to anyone.

Hi yall, I am a verryy understanding and patient person. However I am writing this so you know what to expect. 1. I have never had to wait LESS THAN 30 min. This is very frustrating because my time is precious. 2. I can NEVER get in contact with the office. Making it frustrating to reschedule. 3. He has over booked which means 2 clients at 8:30 when i am at 8:45... which then makes me late. ?? 4. He explained to me he cant guarantee times because of clients needs but then has not made apts. for longer slots. ??? 5. He showed up 45 min. Late to work last time I was here. So as you can see I am very upset and honestly no one here really seems to care.

I've been seeing Dr. Chen for over 20 years and can highly recommend him. He takes time with each patient and he is kind and compassionate. The staff over the years are also highly efficient and friendly.
