I don’t know why so many negative reviews. Doctor was great- listened to my concerns. Genuine. Actually wished he was my primary doctor!

Dr. Tolentino was clearly out to create diagnoses based on what paid him the most not what was best for me as the patient.

Dr. Tolentino was more interested in diagnosing me with whatever procedure he got paid the most for. Horrifying that he's allowed to practice medicine. STAY AWAY!

I went to see this Dr. for a Regular Ckeck up. and we start with an stress test, after that suppost to be i didnt pass the test, so they suggest a cardiogram , and I went for Cardiogram, once again they said something was wrong, so they decided to give me a Nuclear test and I was agree to do it, so I got the nuclear ohh surprise something was wrong again , at this point I was getting nervous be couse no body explain me anything about the situation. thanks God I speak English so I went to the Front desk and I demmanded to give me my results so I read it and it says clogged arteries but I read it by myself becouse no body expalin me nothing at all. so finally the Dr, told me I have to have a Catheterization as soon as possible and in the procedure they will unclogged my arteries and they will implant a stend, in this situation I was agree to do the procedure so I set up the date for the procedure and call my medical insurance provider and asked about my copayment,… surprise.........days before the procedure a reperesentative of Mount Sinai called me and told me I have to pay 500 dollars deductible other ways i will not get the procedure , he insisted three differents times so I called again de insurance company and the representative make a 3 ways call letting know to the hospital agent I have no deductible in this procedure and the guy just sayd ohh Im sorry, yeahh yo dont have deductible, so after that I went for the procedure and they make me way since 9 am to 2 pm fasting night before to get me into the pre op area, about 3 pm i got the procedure and ohhh surprise in 15 minutes or 20 when I asked the Dr, are we gonna start he sayd , we jsut finished, whatttt?? i asked. did you do the implant or stend and he says... you got to go for a bypass, OMG BYPASS, IF IM THAT BAD WHY THEY DIDNT DO THE STEND RIGHT THERE, WHEN THEY GOT ME IN CIRGURY ROOM WITH THE CATH, IT IS REALLY STRANGE, IM DEPRESSED, NERVOUS, AND I DONT REALLY KNOW WHAT TO THINK ABOUT IT, IM CONFUSED.

Be carefull with this Dr, i went there for a Check up and it become a nightmar. they just trying to get as muche the can the benefits of your medical insurance, not only completly unproffesional but till now I still getting bills and bills and bills than never stop, and I dont understant cuz I did my copayment every time I went there, definitly I dont recommend this Dr, to any one

I have been a patient of Dr Tolentino's for 12 years. He has always been attentive, patient and generous with his time. I would highly recommend Dr Tolentino.

Great care, understanding, decisions, knowledge

Dr. always running late, a little dry personality. Is knowledgeable but I hate waiting so long for him. Would love to change doctors but cant due to workmens comp
